I have not used them in a long time but when we did it was the best thing we ever did in our service department.

My only concern is they are the company that trained GM's new consultants and I hope they did not sell out to the factory.

I followed them into a lot of stores over the years as a consultant. I found that they always had things well organized and ready to make the changes that would create profitability. Made me look like a hero more than once...

I AGREE WITH ALL OF YOU. BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IDEAS ARE STARTING TO GO AGAINST WHAT I'VE BEEN TAUGHT WITH THEM OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS. MAYBE I'M GETTING SET IN MY WAYS BUT IT SEEMS THERE IDEAS NOW ARE TELLING ME TO DO THINGS DIRECTLY AGAINST WHAT THEY HAVE TAUGHT ME IN THE PAST. THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE.

Big Orange,
I thought it was just me. I heard one of their speakers at a recent seminar as was rather surprised in the shift in views.

GERRY, I THINK I WAS AT THE SAME PLACE YOU WERE IN ORLANDO. I ABOUT FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR WHEN THEY SAID WHERE THEY WERE HEADING IN THE WAY OF TRAINING.

Got to say I agree with DealerProfit, seems as though most of what I heard seemed to be in the Manufacturers best interest and the pitch was that it would be in mine. Kind of gave me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing GM was looking out for me.

I would agree with all of you. I just took a Dealer Pro class and was VERY impressed. I have been with Atcon for several years.
