reynolds tech setup

im new to reynolds but when i was on adp i used have my hourly oil changers set to zero cost and just took the expense in salaries and wages,they still flaged themselves on the ticket but it was at zero cost,when i tried to do this in reynolds it wouldnt let them flag the ticket without a cost integrating to payroll.Does anyone know the way to set this up correctly ??

If you go into 3079 (I think that is the executable for Techs), bring up the techs in question and use the Rate Override command on the command line.

I think you should be able to set up an override line where each value is 'ALL' and set the cost to $0.00. By using 'ALL', it should override every job they're assigned to.

Screen 3079, tech#, EP, type "S", "t" tech rate, all all all 0.00
that will flag every RO he does @ $0.00

you might want to try screen 3073
