No, not what would you like to call them but what title does your GM service rep go by? When the reorganization occured they were listed on the organizational chart as "Area Service Managers" but now I see many who call themselves "Area Vehicle Managers". Does anyone know which is correct?

My rep call's himself ASM as in " a serious menace" however we still refer to him as our DSM.

The Wholesale service rep is now called the AVM (Area Vehicle Manager) because ASM was taken for the Area Sales Manager... at least that is how it was explained to me.
