warranty processing

A while back Karen asked about doing warranty claims from her home. I am trying to do the same thing, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I have had about 10 years experience in Chrysler and Ford, only about 1 year in Chevy. I also do training for service advisors and managers. Any help would be appreciated on how fI can get started at home with this. I don't mind going to the dealerships. Thanks.
