I was considering having a look at the book offered on this site, $1,000,000 in service ideas, and wanted to hear from other Fixeed Ops managers and receive your feedback.

Worth the investment?

It's worth the investment if for nothing else than to get your mind thinking. Anytime you can get so many ideas from one book you will find things that will work for you and your store. Some of the things you've probably seen or heard of before but you can still find enough ideas to make back the cost of the book many times over.
