I NEED HELP! I HAVE BEEN THE PARTS MANAGER FOR A B-P-G DEALER FOR 14 YEARS. OUR DEALERSHIP HAS ALWAYS BEEN ADP. WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A C-K DEALERSHIP AND I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED TO FIXED OPS MGR. FANCY TITLE FOR ALOT MORE STRESS! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, OUR NEW STORE IS A R&R STORE. R&R DUMPED THIS SYSTEM ON THE PREVIOUS OWNER WITHOUT ANY TRAINING. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM WE NEED HELP. GREAT SITUATION TO WALK INTO HUH? R&R SUPPORT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. THAT IS WHY I AM TURNING TO YOU FOR HELP. I AM LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH REPORTS I SHOULD BE RUNNING TO MAKE MY DEPARTMENT(S) BETTER. REMEMBER, I AM A PARTS MANAGER TURNING TO SERVICE. LOAD ME UP WITH AS MANY REPORT NUMBERS AS YOU CAN. I CAN TAKE IT. THERE HAS BEEN NO DIRECTION IN THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SO LONG AND NOW I HAVE TO RIGHT THE SHIP AS SOON AS I CAN. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU.

Welcome to a new world!

Some of the RR reports that will be helpful are:
3606 Effective labor rate report. THis report will give you ELR, Hrs/ro, total parts and labor per ro, # or ro's & lines.

3611 Advisors Efficiency report. Gives you sales for labor, parts..c-w-i. Gross Profit %'s sublet.

3617 Open RO report. does what it says.

3619 Exceptions report. This is a very good one to see "who" is doing "what" to your RO's

3631 is your miscellanous screen. set up your supplies, policy limits, accounts(ins, contracts) your controller whould know how they want this.

3373 Tech Hours
3626 Grid set up.

2028 SOP listing
2023 Parts detail report
2025 Customer parts detail report

6910 has several RR reports for parts and service, plus you can create your own for whatever you want a report on.

REY REY .com has online training also that is unfamilar not being on RR, But it can help. If your dealer will allow you to have a business consultant come in for a few days, they are the ones that have come from a dealership and most really know their way around.

If you have questions on the Service or Parts side, don't hesitate to drop me a line. I am fairly knowledgeable around the reports available, and would be more than happy to give a hand. If I don't have the answers, I'll be more than happy to help out.

The 3063 screen will be helpful as a tool to market to the existing customer base. Advisors could contact the customers with a special only for them.

Call R&R and get a my.reyrey.com account. It is quite helpful. You can search screen numbers and it walks you through details. When we switched from ADP to R&R our training was terrible. The website has helped quite a bit.
