You shouldn't have any problems if you call before submitting the claim. The claim you submit needs to be identical to the authorization they put in the system. What I mean by that is that the line total, labor time, etc, need to be submitted exactly as you tell them. Also, do not put an authorization code on the claim when you submit it. I was told by my rep that the pqc cannot auth a claim if your auth is on the claim. It's not the same as an h-route, where you can put an auth code and it won't hurt.
