In my new position I will be switching from ADP to R&R. Anybody know of any cheat sheeets out of quick guides that might make the transition a little smoother.

ask r&r for a copy of "service merchandising & Invoicing User Manual" they also have them for Parts and accounting .. this will give you a head start

Log onto my.reyrey.com (you'll need to set up a user ID). There is on-line documentation there as well as pre-recorded training classes. There are also live classes as well, though they sometimes carry a fee.
