How do you handle lifetime maintenance Programs and what portion has the customer to take care of?
We don't have such a program in place and are wondering how it would effect the Service lanes and the customer relation.
Who would have to pay for such maintenance?
We have a program where the customer has to present his maintenance Records when turning in the car and get up to $2,000.00 rebate on a new purchase.
