Stellix

We have been using CCC Pathways estimating system in our collision center for a number of years and are considering adding ADP's Shoplink. A couple of direct repair companies we would like to bring in require it and we believe we are missing labor hours with Pathways.

We are also looking for a better way to manage scheduling, production and reporting. Currently we use a series of spreadsheets that require rekeying and reconciliation of data.

Anyone have experience with Stellix? We are running EDS, but that may change in the next 6 months. Other stores in our group are on R&R. This collision center serves all stores in this market area and does about 180 collision RO's per month.

Thank you,
george

I worked with Stellix a few years ago, when it first came out. It was an interesting system, but at that time, had several integration issues. It had some limitations, but was probably the best out there at that time, however I'm not sure what has happened in the last few years, as I'm not heavily involved in the collision end of things anymore. I do have a contact that I could put you in touch with, however, if you're interested.

Installed Stellix in a new greenfield shop with Shoplink and ADP Dealer Services and after two months of data corruption and crashes and countless shop calls from ADP techs I pulled the plug and went with CCC
