labor grids/matrix

In continuation of a topic on effective labor rates, I am doing some more research on constructing labor grid/matrix. I have a simple one that I constructed which is really nothing more than raising the price a dime every tenth, so $1 every hour, up to 10.

I am looking for input from all of you about your grids, how they were installed, etc.

I have a really simple but effective excel matix sheet. You plug in where you want to be and the work is done for you. i am happy to email it to anyone who needs it. I installed the same matrix in our operating system and effective went up +4 in 30 days. No kidding!!
