is anyone using a out source marketing program like peak performance or others. looking to find a company to send service reminders and declined service letters. i have tried my advisors and appt coordinator calling customers offering 10% discount to no avail. i have talked to a few managers who have used this type of marketing with success. looking for other suggestions on companies or ideas.

We just signed up with CIMA systems. Their presentation seems to fit what we need and want. Also works with finished RO's. Will automatically call a customer in the advisors voice to let them know their vehicle is ready, and documents the calls.
e-mail me if you want the info.

If your front end uses Call Command, you can use them. The "call" can come from you. I believe there is no limint on the number of calls, so this shouldn't cost anything.

Also, consider Email. AutoRevenue does an excellent job here.

YOU MAY WANT TO TRY DME / DEALER POWER. A SUBSIDIARY OF JM ENTERPRISES. THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB FOR US AND HAVE ALL THE CONTACT TOOLS. ALSO AUTO REVENUE IS DOING A GREAT JOB WITH OUR E-MAIL CLIENTS.

I gotta tell ya I have used just about every body including the factory program by Chrysler "Smart Link". The best company I have used is Dealer Product Services out of Chicago. The owner Tim O'Neil visits all his clients annually and the reps they have are great. We recently switched to our own BDC and are having good luck with it. Just make sure whatever you do put a unique op code on the coupons so you can track it. I have found National companies typically are better because they share ideas with others not in your market so you do something different than they do.
