How Would Your Customers Rate Your Service?

Rendering exceptional customer service is both a responsibility
and a smart business decision. Unfortunately, far too many Fixed
Salespeople view customer service as an administrative burden
that takes them away from making a sale. The truth is, providing
quality customer service presents tremendous opportunities for
cross-selling, up selling and generating additional referrals.
How is your Customer Service? Are you asking for referrals? Are you booking the next appointment like a Dentist Office Does?

I'd rate ours as better than average and improving (needs to be better).

We are adding systems to get more referrals.

Booking the next appointment is a challenge that we are still working on.

The level of competition for customers has increased a lot and will increase a whole lot more which will thin the ranks significantly very soon.
