Retail on internal sales

We charge our used car dept. retail on labor and cost plus 30% on parts. As far the answer above about detail, we have our detailers flag like a technician and we charge details at same price as outside detail shops and charge UCD for detail supplies as well. Works very well is quite profitable. If car needs to be redone down the road we charge 1/2 the price the 2nd time.
