Where to charge advertised discounts

**Why should service margin be so much higher and hold parts to a 15% net on your plan?**

I am adding in, because parts are more a commodity than labor. The ACDelco filter on a dealership's shelf is no different than the one at PepBoys. Labor isn't as much a commodity. It is valued more in the marketplace than parts are.
