Tech training pay

Curious as to what service managers are paying tech's for training. We have several carlines and some have more hands on training than others which require travel time. What are some of you paying, and is it at thier flat hourly rate, a or a fixed rate, and do you pay travel time?
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

No travel time, but furnish a car, fuel, meals, and lodging. We have a training rate that is less than their normal rate (8hrs/day).

We pay the tech's average daily wage, plus furnish a car, fuel, lodging and meals also.
