Clean Burn Furnace

We have a Clean Burn waste oil furnace "CB-2500." We have been having nothing but trouble with it.

Does anyone have a factory service support telephone number? We have had two different authorized Clean Burn service techs on site. Spent hundreds of dollars and can't seem to get the thing fixed.

Any info would be appreciated.

We have (2) of the 2500 units.In our smaller shop we use it between 600-800 hours per year, and in our larger shop,we use it between 3500-4000 per year.

We annualy have the burners "rebuilt" ($350-$400) and quarterly clean the "24" tubes in each unit, clean out both the tank filters and the burner filters, clean the contacts and injector etc. We have a very minimal amount of trouble since we have designated one of our inhouse people to do the maintenance on the unit.

Depending on where you are and how much you use the unit, you may have to clean it more often or less often.

Thanks for the phone number, I spoke with Clean Burn yesterday. Unfortunately they couldn't assist us.

We have some parts on the way and will give them a try. Running out of options but haven't given up - yet.
