Anyone got RO software that WORKS

Hi everyone. New guy here, 3 months at small town Nissan dealership. (But MBA, 15 years hi-tech exp!) IMHO Reynolds & Reynolds is a disaster! Takes almost as long to enter a new cust, vehicle & process the paperwork as it does oil changes & minor repairs. Anyone got true Windows-based RO software, with accounting outputs, software that
is actually written for service advisors, not bean counters?

Try MultiWare Solutions Inc. or WinWorks. Both have Sites online, I think one is at motorware.com and the other is winworks.com. Been a while since I was there. Looked into several prior to the store going ADP, Multiware seemed the most versatile. There are many listed in the back of Motors magazine, with ph#s and web addresses. Good Luck

I can tell you that R&R does not take that long to process an RO. I helped a friend open and close out (recreating documents during a msanual conversion)4 days worth of RO's (380)in 7 hours on R&R, so I don't think think it's the system (and I am a 4 finger typer.) I know it is hard trying to navigate on a new system and feel like you are being productive. R&R offers On Demand Tandem Training remotely which is convenient, cheap, and very effective. We use Adam Software www.adam-systems.com I have worked with several of the "big name" companies, with limited happiness. What I really love about adam is not only is it a PC based, but at the end of the month when the bill comes for support, the charges are less than half of the "big guys".

The Best RO software that intagrates parts and billing completly has to be PBS go to www.pbssystems.com this is one great system. Started using it and was on my own and going in just a little bit of time. Windows base it easy to start and learn
