Well have I got and answer for you. In our Dodge store our Finance Department sells only Chrysler Service contracts and has about 78% penetration adding on to the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty or Certified Warranty. Along with this Warranty we sell at cost or maybe a little over depending on the customer and grosses and all that stuff, what is called and Essential Care Maintenance contract that covers oil changes and it is in different intervals. It only reimburses us 15.00 but it keeps them coming in every 3,000 miles as they want to use all the coupons before they expire. I ran a report for the first quarter of the year and service and parts grossed 30k off upsells.
