Pick up & Delivery of Service Vehicles

Does anyone provide pick and and delivery service, if you do what are your charges and how did you start the program? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I have worked at dealers where we would pick up and deliver back a service vehicle for a customer and since you can claim 2 way shuttle rides now I would claim the 10 dollars every time just like you ferried the customer back and forth. Have service manager note on RO circumstances and sign off for it but it isnt even really required but allows for service management control and the avoidance of potential abuse.

We are just starting the program and have had some difficulty. Our first problem was the wrong guy (fleet guy) making the calls. Now, our new service manager is making the calls and we are focusing on several large businesses and their employees within a 10 mile radius. $5.00 charge for valet. We'll see....
