Pros - they never take a vacation, call in sick, or quit. You are going to get professional level experience without having to endlessly search for it.
Cons - they can be expensive if your shop is already do what it can to maximize claims, they can not replace good dealership/shop management (don't be fooled otherwise), the turn around time can be several days.
What franchises do you need processing for? The strength of my recommendation about outsourcing depends on your franchise.
