Tracking Up-Sells

I have read a lot of articles on tracking advisor performance, with a key indicator being additional services being up-sold after the vehicle is written up.
We are on the Auto/Mate DMS system, I can't find out how to do it. Any suggestions, other than rewriting all new codes, would be appreciated.

yes! Do tell!! I just moved to a new Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep store which uses Automate. I came from 14 years of Reynolds. What an archaic system this is. I don't think I've seen anything this bad since the Coin system 20 some odd years ago. If anyone out there has conquered this POS, please chime in!!

We have had this system since 2005, has a bit of a learning curve. Are you using F/O Mate? It can be helpful, so can a crash course in Microsoft Excel. Once the info is imported to Excel you can dive into the data. some options, such as tracking up-sells is almost impossible. I have called Auto/Mate about this and they say they are working on a possible solution. We will see.
