Hey everyone,

Looking for a referral to an outside vendor for appintment setting. Curious on cost as well, we are loosing are appointment coordinator and I think I might just sublet this function out with vendor-any input?

I've been using a company called Customer Traac for several years. They are out of minneapolis area, but can work nationwide.

We have used Customer Traac for years as well. They do a good job. Note; you will need an on-line appointment system (like Xtime) so that they can transfer appointments into your system.

We use Dealermine - started a couple of months ago - a few hiccups, still testing the waters. They claim great things, hope they can deliver.

Many dealerships that I work with use Customer Traac. Good people to work with, and they have a great support staff.
