Do you work for a GM dealer? There is GM University of Automotive Management. They have training classes for all positions. They are run by the Sandy Corp. in Troy Mi. They have classes all over the US. The Service Consultant training is four, two day classes. And then a yearly graduate course. You can call them at 1-800-733-4637.
Of course there is no "book training" that can actually teach you how to be a good service consultant. You either have it or you don't.
