Boy this topic brings back some memories. When I was a Service Advisor I had an experience that had to make me stop and appreciate customers sense of humor. It was a busy summer morning and on of my Honda customers came in complaining about her shifter shaking while in neutral. For customer satisfaction I explained to her that I would have a technician look at it. I wrote up the RO: Customer states shifter shakes while in neutral, check and advise. As expected the technician came back and said that it was a normal condition. I explained to the customer that our technician had checked out the vehicle and considered this a normal characteristic of the vehicle. I walked the customer to the cashier office to obtain her paperwork. She read the invoice and replied with a grin I wish. After the customer left I looked at the invoice myself to see what the grin was all about. Apparently the F key on my keyboard was not working.
