RAP has a lot of questions for filtering out op-codes, zero hour RO's, labor-types.

Are you using pre-defined setups with these pre-stored filters, or are you starting from scratch and not filtering anything?

Take a peek at RTH (report tech hours). Thats a detailed time card report.

i am saying no to predifined,i just looked at rth it has good info, i think the problem is he has taken some major services (30k,60k etc) that did pay 3.5 and moved them to 6.0
