Most plans I've seen for techs tops out monthly at a $200 bonus with a sliding scale up to that point. As always, you can decide what levels are obtainable, which are desireable, and which are likely. I suggest having a minimum acceptable standard as well.
While I agree to a point by putting this in the pay plans of cashiers and greeters, porters seem outside the sphere of influence of a customer's satsifaction.
