Clearing appointments

We have two old appointments that we cannot seem to clear.We are on R&R. Our parts department has 2 parts that they cannot delete due to the parts being for an appointment. We have the appointment no. show up on line 2 of our 2525 screen. If they enter a question mark at the invoice number in 2525 it does not show.On the service side nothing seems to work off of the appointment no. Everything seems to work off the customer and not the appointment no.

GO INTO 2525 AND PULL UP THE APPOINTMENT YOU WANT TO DELETE....HIT "E" ENTER THEN ON NEXT SCREEN HIT "D" ENTER ....THIS SHOULD DELETE THE APPOINTMENT FROM THE SYSTEM....YOU MAY HAVE TO DELETE THE "BILLED LINES OFF THE APPOINTMENT B4 U CAN DELETE APPOINTMENT....HOPE THIS HELPS

If parts needs to clear the S next to the part QOH then you can find the inv or appt# for a specific part in 2028 then go into 2533 to clear the part from having the name attached that way also.

we have had the same issues and had to call r/r and have them deleate the appointments
