at 30 by January

There is a reason they wear boots!!!!!
Must have been a pretty empty shop 10 months ago!!!!!

A competing dealer in my area started offering $500 to $1000 signing bonuses to applicants. (I'm sure there was a catch)

I love the idea of hiring Quick Lube guys and training them, it's worked for us, but as Rmadsen said, it takes a lot of time.

i would love to find 3 tech that know a amp from a volt. We have had 4 ford and 2 gm dealers close . Our nada has no new techs on file, the sunday paper has 2 lines full of tech ads . The ones you find fail the drug test or has a bad driver license.So many techs are leaving the industry .
It is fast becomming rocket science
