GM Tool Website

Having some real troubles with Kent-Moore over the GM tool website. They tell me I am the only one experiencing these problems.

So, do any of you use the website?

I have used it several times, never had a problem. What kind of porblem are having.

We are trying to use the site to keep track of our inventory.

So far:

1)Newer tools, some 1-2 years old, cannot be added to inventory.

2)Older tools, that are in there tool list, but cannot be added to inventory.

3)Website will not allow editing of tools at times

4)Recomended tool list has tools on it that are not, nor have they ever been, recomended tools for smaller dealers.

5)Either untrained or unskilled tech support

It is my belief that there are some very competent people at Kent Moore, but almost every time I call, I get the wrong answer, no answer, and/or GM gets blamed.

In the big scheme of things, not such a big deal, but....very frustrating.
