Art, I'm in the same boat. I have gone to a Nissan Dealer as well. I'm in total shock however. I believe there is room for growth but it is not the Chrysler world we are used to. Hours per Ro are way to low compaired to what we are used too. If you have any advise let me know.

We have Nissan as well as 4 other lines. Our Nissan averages 1.7 hours per ro and our other lines average 1.4-1.8, so if it's run right, it can happen.

GM here. We're at 1.9 per ro in June. Not where I want to be but, that .6 has to hurt.

Don't fear the Alliance (1000) I liked it so much better that Websuite! Easy to use and run. So much quicker too. Have fun at Nissan. I was there back in the day some issues but nothing like Chrysler I gather.

"ADP Websuite is nothing more than a re-badged ADP Alliance. This is the biggest piece of junk on the market."

Going to have to disagree It was a trouble free user friendly system! Websuite 2007 is the junk. Un reliable software and Hardware! What a POS!

We are a Toyota only store. Our service dept. averages about 1.6hrs/RO. We just raised our door rate but before when our door rate was $85 we held a ELR of about $78.

People who are telling you hrs/RO are going to be less than 1.0 and ELR below $70 are very weak sellers.

With the proper personel and selling techniques you can reach the above numbers easily.

Where are discounts charged ....to the sale or advertising...?

This can change the numbers a big amount !

hours per ro
parts to labor
payplans!!!!
sales per man
etc.

Well, I took the Nissan plunge and as expected walked into a hornets nest. I feel like the guy on the Ed Sullivan Show spinning all of the plates on a stick! Anyway I need some help with downloading Nissan Warranty through ADP Alliance ASAP, ADP tells me that the only training available was from the install team! Any help would be Greatly appreciated since my Nissan rep can't help and ADP says there is none unless I call support on each and every claim.
