Matt,
On the subject of EA Reports. Is there any ideas floating around where dealers can post their own EA Reports, kinda like a community forum. I know there are some reports that we have created at our store that would come in handy for others.

Jason, this is a great idea. Let me see if there is a way for us to provide a location for clients to do that that we can support.

Thanks for the idea.

Update - Jason I have our Marketing and Operations folks already investigating. We think this is a fantastic idea. As usual, we will have to figure out how to do this, but rest assured we are on the case. Thanks again.

I have spoken with ADP Product Planning and the DealerSuite teams in Hoffman. They will be pursuing this request of putting the english statement/RPG reports out on DealerSuite. There is a fair bit of planning and coordination to make it happen so it woun't be over night, but they really liked the idea and have taken it on as a project.

Thanks for the idea.

As a less than 1-year client of ADP WebSuite, I'd be really interested in the community English Statement project. Before we went on ADP, we had all 250 employees take every coach class available for their dept. All our training (off-site as well as internet)was built into our contract. The conversion was a success, and I'm convinced it was due to all the training we forced on everyone. However, I felt the coach classes only touched on the bare essentials of using the system to get by, not really the meat and potatoes of making the system work for you. I guess I need to get with our IT director and see if he's hoarding all the training catalogues to see if there is any advanced training available. BTW - what is the "ARG" division of ADP?

Glad to hear about your dealership's dedication to pre-training. It really does make a big difference in the transition.

Need a training catalog?
Just jump on dealersuite.com and go to the training link. You can download a pdf of the catalog there.

ARG is an acronym for Automotive Retail Group. It is the name that EDS used for that portion of the business that ADP acquired about a year ago.
