Warren:

Start with function RXR instead of ENG. Then you will be given the option of a csv file that can be opened in Excel or Excel if you have it loaded on the same machine.

Warren:

I agree with ctvolvo, use the RPG function to create your ENGLISH statement. The RPG function gives you the DICT ITEMS (fields) that are available, when your done you can save the statement for future use or as a starting point for modification. If you have REFLECTIONS on the PC you are using then use the RPX function to export to the PC, you can not do this using WEB200x.

However, all the DICT ITEMS for a file are not available in RPG. If you look in the ESP menu you will find the function DED that will display or print all the items for the files most commonly used. If you find a DICT ITEM listed here that is not available in RPG you can usually get an ADP support person to add it to the ITEMS in RPG. In some dealerships the System Administrator may have access to User Programming and a csr login that they could add the ITEM for you.

Hope this may help.

Have your System Administrator give you access to the full ESP and REF menus in your -FI account.

Also make sure you are working from a real copy of Reflection, not one of the web based ones.
