Exporting customer list

Does anyone know the steps for pulling a customer list (and putting in Excel) of those who were in the shop 6-7 months ago but haven't been back. Thanks for your help!

If you are ADP you can use Executive Assistant, there is a canned query all set up in it.

In ADP won't the below item in the -S HISTORY file give you that?

"CUST LAST SVC DATE"

or maybe this though not quite the same?:

"S-LTDATE" in VEHICLES file.

I think VEHICLES would be better than the HISTORY file.
There is only one VEHICLES item per car, but there can be several HISTORY items per car.
