Matt,
I imagine that you have already heard, but if not here it goes. Once again it looks like a ton of PI2 CD's were mailed out in error. I belive it was in March when we recieved a CD for each imager we have, well I got a call from shipping that a box from EDS was here. Yup. As you can guess there was a 12lb box of Imager CD's waiting for me.

Just figured you would like to know

Just for your information Matt, I have recieved 4~5 sets every month for the last 3 as well. I have called the help desk each time, but continue getting 2 or 3 more sets than I need.

I called the Parts Imager help desk and told them I was receiving extra copies of the discs as well. They are going to notify the shipping department and we should only get one disc next month. There was a glitch a few months ago in shipping. It sounds like the best solution is to call the help desk and ask for the number of copies you need. I don't believe there is easy automatic correction at this time.

I'm still getting 4 copies a month. I've called and called and it doesn't get fixed. Maybe they'll fix it one day.
