National Warranties and SC&E, Delta Group

Has anyone moved forward with the proceedings on National Warranites/ SC&E administrative services, Delta Group? We have a number of contracts outstanding and would like to know what others are doing to claim our money for repairs.

This would be the SmartChoice 2000 issue. We are currently taking care of all the claims in house which amount to about $15,000 per month. We have about 900 policies outstanding with $500,000 in estimated exposure. We may offer customers buyouts on the policies but are not sure. A real mess no matter what happens!!
