Reman Clusters

Postby X476 » Tue Feb 11, 2014 3:29 pm

Just wondering who you use for you Ins. Clusters. I use ISS and have very pleased with them, now have Techni-car bugging me with the normal sales pitch (cheaper, faster, free lunch etc). I told him I have no reason to change but might use him as 2nd call. Any input would be appreciated.

We use Model Electronics. Can't complain. Their website isn't the greatest. In the past I've used Specmo as well and their website was very user friendly.

SPECMO's redesigned website is great, and I'm close enough where normal ground shipping is next day. And their customer service is spectacular. I have both ISS and Model bookmarked, but I can't tell you the last time I logged into either one of them.

Specmo, since they were Downtown Radio in Charlotte, NC. 20 years with no issues worth mentioning. They're now in Michigan, and pay Fedex next day for us free, and of course ground returns included free.

We use Model for almost all of them. Gave ISS a shot and they sent us defective units for our first 2 orders! United is a backup. Might have to try out Specmo.

We have used ISS and SPECMO both for several years with no major issues.
Occasional mess ups, but I do mean occasional, from both. But then we are in the automotive business!

Being on the West Coast we use AER, ISS is our 2nd call. Cheapest I've seen is AJR out of Illinois.

95% of ours are with AJR with no major issues. The online pricing and orders are reasonably quick and easy. We usually get free 1 day service.
