We can't get a rental paid for.... we've done it the way it's stated on the 13454 and the way it's stated on the 14133 and both reject.

BTW, people have started picking up the cars they we're afraid to drive a month ago, and as soon as they get in their POS and start it, they jump out and say it didn't sound like this/didn't do this/this light wasn't on, ect when I left it....
after driving a new '14 car for weeks.... hmmmmm
