It's possible, but its an Ion and we are the x-Saturn dealer. I'll just start another headache pile. Now I see there is 14115 coming up on most of these ignition recalls.

"Product Safety Recall N140115 14115 ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ASSIST (REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE)" Not again!!!...LOL

I have one SPAC case left I haven't gotten. Checked it today and it is closed parts shipped 0503. No shipment number and no tracking number. Called SPAC and they must have a script for switch recall inquiries. "Cannot give you any information read the bulletins." Couldn't listen to my question, look to see if part did ship and is lost or if SPAC case closed when it shouldn't. Next years survey isn't looking good today.

I actually verified this issue with a customer, personally, upon receiving a cancellation of her order. She did not order from another dealer. Her excellent customer history shows she has all her work done here, even wiper blades every 6 months.
Yesterday I gave my DM this info, and he stared at me like I had two heads. I know they are sick of this, but I am too. I think we are spinning our wheels at this point.
Tragic.

So we re-order the ones that say "Cancelled: not a valid vin for recall" Now we get "cancelled duplicate vin" Anybody else run into this? If so, how did you deal with it?

Had 9 do this to me Friday, reordered them. 7 of them, plus 4 more cancelled today. One was in a rental. I had an extra Saturd kit where the customer sold the car, so I used it on that one.

Why in the hell didn't they just ship us a butload of parts and let us do a 1st come-1st serve as usual?????

Because that would actually make sense.
