Nissan Answerbacks

Nissan Answerbacks

Postby dmcgettigan » Wed May 28, 2014 8:15 pm

I am new to Nissan and for the life of me I can not find where they keep the answerbacks on the website. I am sure they are staring me right in the face, but if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Darren

Go with mach said but from what I have learned it is a 2 step process. If the reports aren't in the "mailbox" then you have to retrieve them first. What I do to retrieve my reports each morning is this...within DCS: NMC ADM COM ACM. Hit enter and it looks to Nissan to retrieve reports. It may or may not find any. If it does you have the option of printing them from this point. I usually do not print any at this point though as it will print them all and some may not be parts related. I then back up to the mail menu in DCS and hit SYS PRN PTF. Enter the info like mach had. This will bring up all the reports in your mailbox. I then tag only the parts reports that I need and print them. I can go over this via a phone call if that would work better. This is how we were taught from day 1 on ADP so it's the only way we've done it and it has worked.
