Do any of you have any small shipping boxes? If yes, please send them my way, Shipping by UPS can be reimbursed by the following.
Reimbursement for the labor and freight expenses involved in the return of the requested components should be processed in the following manner:
Submit an “Add Credit” to the appropriate PART REPLACEMENT labor operation (9100356, 9100400, 9100466, 9100491, 9100495 or 9100496) for the applicable job cards.
Up to .3 hours may be claimed for packaging and handling per labor operation.
Submit the actual return freight expense incurred for UPS ground shipment under Net, Freight and Postage.

The switch kits barely fit in an oilfilter case box. We stacked up a dozen (minus the one I couldn't find in the dumpster) for UPS to pick up tonight. That and the 5 other WPC requests du jour.

My understanding is they want them all shipped individually. That is what I was told by the DBC Chat representative. So any of them that were on the spreadsheet should not go back in one box, seperate shipments should be made.

Yup, the bulletin says "packaged separately per job card".

???: will GM give this "ADD CREDIT" on ALL warranty returns, or is this a special thing for just this recall? :?:

For packaging and handling?

You can claim it for ALL warranty returns.

It's amazing they all take .3 here.

I am just going to ship them back in the same box they arrived in. Fold the copy of the work order about 27 times and let it go.

Wait till Monday on GLOBAL CONNECT, when everybody starts ordering the seat belt buckle Rework Kits. We're gonna have some fun then.
