What's the best way to find a GM order over 30 days old?

What's the best way to find a GM order over 30 days old?

Postby Zep33 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 1:13 pm

One of my ignition switch orders has been passed by several others as far as time goes. They were coming in basically in order until this one.

Order Status in EPIC still shows it 88/PBO so no cancel on it that I can see

But every other order screen won't let me view anything because it's over 4 weeks old.

Is there another way to get some detail to the order? I've been getting Saturn and Cobalt switches in left and right but this is a Pontiac so maybe that's why

thanks

I have several that have been skipped over. I find the same info that you have about the orders. I am just putting them in a folder and when someone will finally answer questions, I will pursue them. Til then, I will refer the customer to the GM website and let them call......

Change your date perimeter to the order date and go out a couple weeks for the end date, instead of using today's date:

Such as: 4-18-2014 to 4-30-2014

I have had to use Order Status Detail on some of these.

Don't feel bad, Zep. I have been swearing at that search for a long time. Never thought about changing that date either.
