GM Halfshaft Recall 14079

We STILL have 6 Hertz vehicles down for this since early April, and no communications from SPAC. I guesss Hertz has no "pull" with GM fleet.

I wonder if GM would provide them some courtesy loaners from Enterprise?

I got 2 on Tuesday 5/13/14 that were ordered 4/1. The ones that I ordered 4/10 have not shown up. The spac cases on the later ones are still open.

Just got our first half-shaft in and inspected per GM's instruction. Now have another on order and filed claim to return this one.

We just got an e-mail from GM Customer Assistance about an axle shaft we have on order for a customer. Gotta love when they contact us and ask for information that GMCCA can't provide to us. SPAC has no additional information available as of 5/28/14,they told me to refer to bulletins. My rep. still hasn't provided us with any good information either.

Three days without a response from the higher ups at GM on an eta for the axle shafts. Imagine if we wait three days to respond to an Onstar lead. They would slap our patties. Gotta love it.
