Unrecognized dealer sales loyalty

I did a quick search and couldn't find the procedure for having GM remove a part from our unrecognized sales loyalty.

We had a 97 Camaro that needed an engine and GM no longer offers the LT1 not even in the performance catalog so we got one from Jasper. Most of the time we are sitting in the high 90's% so I dont bother to worry with having anything removed. Could someone please tell me where to find the form and the explain the process to get this part off my list. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, you have to speak to your DMA to resolve sales loyalty issues.
