Just looking for an update????? Spoke with my Rep as to why I have theses coming in for 06/12/14 and I am still waithing for SEVERAL that go back to the first of May ( one in April). Of course there is NO answer. WHODATHUNIT!!!!!!!

I got my oldest one in last week finally. Most of my orders are now pretty current.

I noticed a while ago that the Pontiac switches were the ones taking forever but the Saturn ones were coming in like clockwork

You will probably get them twice; my crack staff re-ordered a cylinder kit for a car we had already fixed that needed the housing.

Got a second kit from the general using the same VIN.

Good possibility Tim, but the General is so screwed up that they can not figure out that they have orders OVER 6 weeks old and they are filling ones that are only 10 days old. Customer satisfaction at its FINEST! We are in a fairly small town (less than 100K) and we have "neighbors" wondering why they have been waiting 2 months and the guy next door got his in two weeks. My Rep. says "sorry GM wil not tell us anything". Tell that to the customer and see what kind of response you get. It has turned into an absolute friggen joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got two kits in today from from 4-29. Solstice and a Sky. As far as I can tell the holdup on the older orders is the key blanks.

I have one for a 07 Solstice ordered on May 8th that I have not received; however, another 07 Solstice was ordered on 4/16 and received on 5/20. There is really no rhyme or reason to it.
I had one ordered on 6/23 for an 06 Ion that I received on 6/30!!!

There really is no rhyme or reason to how they're shipping these things. I have some from early May, I have yet to receive, but then one that I ordered on 6/18 I got on 6/23. I really wish someone would pull their head out and figure out a good way to do these.

I just ordered one for a customer Monday June 30, and was amazed when it showed up Wednesday the first.
