this would be my first time doing this.... Overnighted a part and it came in broken. Filed claim for part but now I want to get my 40$ freight back. Is this a long process that never works? how do I do this? This is for GM also. Thanks!!

You can fill out the Overnight Freight Reimbursement Form and fax it to SPAC at 866-281-0328 along with a copy of the invoice. Hopefully they will help you out with i.t If you need a copy it is in the Parts Policy & Procedure manual. If you can't find it, message me with your fax number and I will fax a copy to you.

I did this once and they paid quick, just a couple days.

Used it several times including when the part did NOT show up overnight. You will get credit in 1 or 2 days usually!
