Is there a FAX # or an email address to a person when a SLP part was in plenty of time but did not show up the next day? :evil:

Dear md:
All SLP parts are shipped overnight no matter how long it takes. If it was any faster we would be shipping before you ordered the parts. Unfortunately this would result in an "unloyal" purchase resulting in an "unloyal" sale that would disrupt your RIM SPQ and disqualify you from any other promotions. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

No, the part was a small diesel pipe. Ordered at 10:55am on 7/2/14. I thought there was someone from GM tracking when it doesn't ship out as planned.

LOL - they can't track the last time they took a dump

no reason that part shouldn't have shipped

So I take it there is no tracking # or any activity on the order? - that sucks
