Seriously?

Yeah, the two customers we had here first thing this morning aren't real thrilled. One lady definitely flipped on one of my advisors. We explained to her that when we scheduled her yesterday afternoon we hadn't yet gotten the message from GM to hold the sale of said switches. She's still ticked but what can we do?

i have 36 of them that we have to hold... are y'all going off the date code on the label on the box or on the bag inside the box... because in many cases they don't match. i have about 12 that are that way. :?:

Date code on the brown box as well...except for one box that didn't have a date code on it...that one we had to open it up and look inside.

Anyone know why? We've had 2 cars that one key wouldn't program on, both Pontiacs. Both were shipped late June, right before the suspect date codes.

hmmm - I had a Pontiac Sky that one wouldn't program for last week and my replacement key isn't here yet.

I thought I checked the codes of the seven we had done that haven't gone back yet. I'll double check that this morning

That's what I mean, look how close yours is to the suspects. Mine were also within a few days. I'm keeping out all the ones weve done fopr the last week or so, till this gets sorted out. I suspect the bad stock population will grow...

Has anyone considered that the General made us hold these kits so we couldn't hit their payout objectives on their bone us program?
I lost out on 8 appointments on 07/07 due to the parts hold.
