Canceling ignition switches

Has anybody had any luck in canceling an ignition switch order? Customer ordered and had recall done at another dealer.

Have not tried but I am getting duplicate orders that were done here under 2 different names. Going to make an effort to return. I'll let you know how I make out. LOL!!!!!!!!!

I'm not returning any. I figure we'll see these rolling crap piles for at least the next 2 yrs.

I tried and was told they could not help me!

I kept it here for a super pissed off customer and ended up using it to get them out the door with very little conflict. Best decision iv'e made in a while.

I have aquired a few extras also. I am keeping them for future customers; I'm sure they won't go to waste.

We have alot of customers that have not come in for this recall. I check the "customer not available to be reached for appointment" file. Before placing any new orders.

I guess since the media hype has slowed down people feel it is less urgent to get these fixed.

Download the ignition switch reference guide on G_0000192219. It breaks it down.
