Hello, I'm new to the forum. Been reading through and there's a lot of helpful ideas out there. My questions deals with returns/return reserves. What's the best way to go about using my reserve? Should I use most of it on the parts that Service ordered and the customers never showed up? Or use it on older inventory? Also is there a timeframe to return the parts Service ordered in with a lesser penalty? Thanks in advance, any help would be appreciated.
